B-Vent
A B-Vent gas fireplace uses a single chamber pipe for exhaust gases only and uses the room's air for combustion air. This is opposed to a Direct Vent gas fireplace which uses a coaxial pipe for venting of the exhaust gases and the intake of combustion air.
