Check your gas supply shut off valves to make sure the gas is turned on. Most gas appliances have lighting instructions attached. Wall units or log sets will have hang tags or a decal affixed to the side or grate of the unit. Fireplace systems will have metal rating plates or vinyl tags attached to the leg support in the lower compartment. If the instructions can not be located please refer to the owner's manual for your model appliance.
